Digital access purchases

Contact support promptly if paid access was not delivered, is materially defective or was charged incorrectly. Eligibility depends on transaction status, access usage, applicable law and the payment method’s rules.

Cancellations and expiry

A one-time annual plan remains active until its stated expiry unless refunded or reversed. Recurring billing, when offered, can be cancelled for future renewals; cancellation does not normally create a retroactive refund for a period already supplied.

Product-linked benefits

Product Premium is linked to an eligible physical-product purchase. If that purchase is cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back or found invalid, the linked digital entitlement may be suspended or revoked.

Processing

Approved refunds return through the original payment route where possible. Gateway and bank processing times can vary. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
